Hello, it was a pain but I finally have my drones ready for battle, I have shared a bit of pictures here and there but never all of them together on their bases. and here they are.
This battle damage drone was a priming error where the basecoat ended rough, so instead of scratching it I decided to use scorched brown and black.
As you can see I have two empty bases, those are for the flying drones, until next time.

My Piranhas
I
have 3 piranhas, they have been in various degrees of readiness and I decided that
they should be completed and be ready to use as soon as possible, I started by
painting the models in my schema and getting them ready for detailing, as I
really took a lot of photos of them this time so it ias a long article.

My Razorshark Part 2
Today
I decided that my Razorshark was a bit plain and also needed some tiding up,
the first thing was to cut some decals, as I’m not that good at freehand, the
big TAU sept ones on the tip of the wings and the rest I scattered all other parts. here are the pictures:
Now I think it looks way better, Tomorrow I will seal the model so the decals dont shine so much as I didnt used micro-sol or micro set, to set them.

My Razorshark
Hello, I have this model
ready for quite some time, it has a brother but it is still at its box, but I
learned a lot of building it, like:
- The drone Ion weapons are the same for the Quad
Ion turret, so you shouldn’t glue them to the turret like I did.
- the magnet for the cabin should be thin as the
Razorshark cabin has a lower profile than the Sunshark one
- is not necessary to have strong magnets in both pieces
of the rear turrets, in the case of the ion turret you only need magnets
that help you to attach the upper cover so a medium magnet will be all
that you need, however in the case of the bomber assembly you will need it
because it hangs and a stronger magnet will help to avoid a falling apart
piece
- Talking about the bomber you might want to put the
magnet for the smaller piece before you assemble the tail undercarriage,
so it wont break the beautiful detail
- It is best if you work slowly as the model will benefit
more if you paint it by pieces like the wings and upper hull, then the
Seeker missile doors (with them attached) , the engines and then the
drones and weapons.
- for the front turret you only need a magnet to secure the sensor array of the Sunshark model, for the burst cannon only is necesary to cut the swing rods it still fits and you shouldnt glue the turret to have it removable
Hope that is useful for you and here
are the pictures for the razorshark:
The painted
magnet should have been of a lower profile or glued bellow the plastic as it
was placed makes the fighter cabin a raise a millimeter.
The magnets for
the Ion Turret can be medium ones, as here you have no hanging pieces, and as I
said please don’t glue the weapons to the turret you will miss it, I will try something
one I figure it to have them magnetized
Almost below the Air Caste symbol
you can find a good spot to drill or sand just a bit to have the magnet for the
smaller bomber hanging piece.
Hope you have like it as I really enjoyed a lot building this model.

Testing my Tau XV25 Paint Schema
My desk has seen a good progress with my TAU to the point that now I have two small fire warrior , one path finder, one crisis and some Kroot squads, plus my FW HQ and piranha, but the last 3 days my mind has been stumped with the XV25 unit, it has to bee different, but how?
surfing around I found two pictures, one with a quartered schema and other with an activating camouflage, I like them both but I was unsure with the second one, due to my personal abilities as an artist.
So today I painted one of them to test the schema here are the pictures but be warned that is a picture heavy post

At least I have a semi functional TAU Army painted.
Today I realized that my Tau project was not as bad as I expected, so far I have 2 small FW squads one Broadside, one HQ and one Piranha that I considered painted. now I have 3 crisis to finish painting. here they are, hope to have them fighting soon.

My thoughs on the new Dark Angels models.
I been watching the new models for the DA. I might not buy them because the army hasn't appealed to me yet and after the new landspeeder, only the flyer was interesting but the the chapel on top I didn't like it. however today I saw the other variant and my mind flew with blue strikes, my ultramarines would love to have it.
I don't like it.
I Love it.
they are from the same kit. blue instead of black on I take 4 to go.

More work for the greater good
(PIC HEAVY ENTRY) Today I decided that the previous schema for the Troops needed a small update, so I tried two different ones a Necron Abyss and a black one (like storm troops). I need to choose but I'm still undecided, the difference is small between both, one uses black with a dry brush of Fenris grey as highlight, the other Necron Abyss with the same dry brush, after that my piranha has been receiving some love.
